Free Hollwyood Heritage Holiday Book Signing Event!

Sunday, December 11th, from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm The Hollywood Heritage Museum will hold "Afternoon with an Author" only this time there will be several authors.
This is a great opportunity to get a Hollywood-themed book signed as a gift for a friend or family member by the author.

The event includes the new book on Griffith Park from Arcadia Publishing!

E.J. Shepherd and Marc Wanamaker authors of Griffith Park will be there as a special attraction, with their new book from Arcadia Publishing Company.

Other authors in attendance include the following:

Paul Zollo, author of Hollywood Remembered-An Oral History of the Golden Age,

Gaelyn Whitley Keith, author of H.J. Whitley, The Father of Hollywood,

Bob Birchard, author of DeMille's Hollywood and Tom Mix, King of the Cowboys and

Mary Mallory, author of Hollywoodland

Hollywood Heritage, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the historic built environment in Hollywood and to education about the early film industry and the role its’ pioneers played in shaping Hollywood’s history.

Hollywood Heritage, Inc. operates the Hollywood Heritage Museum in the Lasky-DeMille Barn, the building in which Hollywood’s first feature length motion picture, The Squaw Man, was made. The Museum is located at 2100 North Highland avenue, across from the Hollywood Bowl. The museum is completely operated by all volunteers. Programs include “Evenings at the Barn,” Silent Society silent film screenings, membership events, preservation action, walking tours of Hollywood Boulevard and other areas as well as participation in regional preservation education.
