Shaw was an officer in the Federal Army during the American Civil War who volunteered to lead the first company of black soldiers. Shaw was forced to deal with the prejudices of both the enemy (who had orders to kill commanding officers of blacks), and of his own fellow officers.

On Thursday, October 31, we’ll have a special treat for the kids: Disney’s Toy Story of Terror. The 22-minute animated adventure will play at 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00. The toys go on a road trip, when an unexpected event leads them to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious, monstrous, and terrifying sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate. Featuring the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Stephen Tobolowsky, Timothy Dalton, Carl Weathers.
