Go Eat Los Angeles
It's a new name and new date - Thursday, February 26, 2009, but, it's the same great event! 2009 marks the 15th year for our annual take-out / eat-out / restaurant event to support AIDS assistance.
Simply stop by a participating restaurant for your morning coffee, go with co-workers to another one for lunch or make plans with family and friends to eat at a participating restaurant for dinner or dessert. A percentage of your dining dollars on Thursday, February 26th will be donated to Aid For AIDS. You can make a difference just by eating your meal at a participating restaurant. Many very popular ones are listed, and many are returning from prior years!
Participating restaurants are listed on the website at GoEatLA.org. You also can fill out a form at the restaurant for our San Francisco trip giveaway, sponsored by The Ritz-Carleton San Francisco.
Aid For AIDS has provided emergency assistance for more than 25 years to those with HIV/AIDS living below the poverty line in Los Angeles County. For more about the beneficiary, go to website. You can also link to the Go Eat Los Angeles website site from there.
