A convenient schedule of classes for adults are available 7 days a week, and CHILDREN'S CLASSES(Ages 8-13)START ON TUES., APRIL 1, 2008. New Gong Fu class members will learn to use traditional methods practiced by Shaolin Monks for over 1,500 years to improve balance, control, and flexibility. More advanced class members will learn to apply those basic skills and go on to add speed, agility and power.
Shifu Shi Yan Fan is also the first Westerner ever in the history of Shaolin Temple to receive “Jieba,” the official brand of the temple and was recently featured in Kung Fu/Tai Chi Magazine. He is rapidly being recognized worldwide for this accomplishment that represents the Shifu’s true oneness with and dedication to the principles of Shaolin.
