Los Feliz Village Holiday Festival features free rides on an antique trolley that will transport visitors throughout the Village. A number of shops along Hillhurst Avenue will stay open late and offer complimentary refreshments and holiday cheer.
Tree lighting ceremony with carolers in front of the Los Feliz Library at 6:45 PM. Police and Fire Departments’ antique fire truck and antique police cars will be on display. Drop off a new toy in the fire truck for the Dept.’s “Spark of Love” program, organized in collaboration with ABC. Look for artists’ exhibits and a Zoo Mobile with live animals. Kids can also take a complimentary photo with Santa that evening.
WHEN: Saturday, December 10, 2005 6:00pm – 10:00pm
WHERE: Hillhurst Avenue between Los Feliz Blvd. and Franklin
One trolley stop at Vermont and Melbourne
WHY: As one of the few “walking” neighborhoods in Los Angeles, Los Feliz Village offers the ideal backdrop for this Holiday Festival.
